THE WOMAN WHO’S READY TO MAKE
MORE MONEY THAN EVER BEFORE
AND FINALLY OWNS HER DESIRES AND WORTH ☺
I work with women who struggle to put themselves first and are held back by behaviours and a mindset that isn’t helping them. Fear of something: not saying the right thing, not being “good enough”, having thoughts of rejection or embarrassment and some may find it difficult to speak up or doubt their abilities.
At some point, all of them are fed up with being hard on themselves and battling to feel good enough. Is it time for you to be…….
THE WOMAN WHO’S READY TO
RELEASE
FEAR AND WORRY,
AND STEPIN TO THE LIGHT.
BECAUSE SHE KNOWS THE SPOTLIGHT IS WHERE SHE BELONGS ☺
If you’re committed to change and prepared to work at it then I’d love to share a journey of discovery with you.
I doubt there is a single person who has been, at some point, struck by their lack of self-esteem, shyness, limiting beliefs and fears, especially speaking in front of people – yeeeeeeeeikes! .
PUBLIC SPEAKING CHALLENGES ☹

Did you know that when we were born, we only had 2 fears – loud noises and fear of falling over. Look at babies. Are they afraid of spiders or heights? No!!
All other fears, sadly, we have taught/learnt ourselves, probably due to overcautious parents saying things like “ooooh be careful you will talk to a stranger and bad thing will happen” “don’t go over there something awful will happen” etc.
All other fears have been learnt and I can assure you, you can un-learn these behaviours.
THE WOMAN WHO’S READY TO STEP INTO HER POWER AND MAKE THIS YEAR,HER BEST YEAR YET.
AND SHE KNOWS YOU NEED TO START AS YOU INTEND TO FINISH ☺
If you dream of confidently speaking up for yourself and feeling great then
IMPOSTER SYNDROME, a common issue:
Imposter Syndrome is feeling like a fake or fraud at work and believing that any day you will be exposed or found out. It’s the voice in your head telling you that you are not good enough, you are fooling everyone, you are not that talented, your success is mostly down to luck and that others wouldn’t accept the ‘real you’.
To have some self-doubt is natural and it can help you strive to be better but when you are full of criticism of yourself, it affects your confidence, your personal and professional progress and creates little joy or sense of achievement. With coaching for overcoming Imposter Syndrome, we will discuss the messages you carry about yourself and work together to create a more positive and constructive view of yourself.
Imposter Syndrome is most prevalent in highly competitive environments Research shows that 70% of people will feel like a fraud at some point in their lives and that two out of five successful people suffer from feelings of inadequacy.
