I am also an award-winning professional sailor who has been encouraging & motivating women to sail and conquer their fears for over 20 years. I have appeared on TV numerous times, most recently in a documentary for Sky TV coaching groups to overcome their extreme phobias and extreme fears, as well as BBC with Gaby Roslyn, Sky Sports documentaries & CNN with Becky Anderson.
I have coached women to live their dreams, overcome fears and am proud to have supported over 100 novice female sailors aged 17 to 69 to sail across the Atlantic Ocean via my female only sailing school, the only one of its kind in Europe.
